Project Description

Construction of two 2-bedroom apartments without impacting the garden space. To meet this, a
semi-basement was constructed on the sloped site, with the ground floor of the existing
building extended to form a roof garden atop the new apartments. The project involved
underpinning the existing structure during excavation and implementing specialised
waterproofing for the semi-basement.
