Project Description

The building to be demolished sits on the boundary next to the railway, presenting challenges.
Its exterior warehouse wall also serves as the boundary wall. The client requested sleek,
flushed glazing over transcalent side cladding. The warehouse featured high-quality steelwork
with custom roof brackets, an FM 2 concrete floor, and an o7ice with full-height glazing
overlooking the warehouse’s interior.
