As the appointed Quantity Surveyor, our role encompassed full cost control and coordination of the following scope:

• Piling foundations and lateral support to enable deep excavation
• Installation of civil infrastructure services, including internal roads
• Water supply, stormwater, and sewerage systems
• Coordination of finishes and cost management across all construction phases
