The Quarry Estate is a luxury residential development built within an existing rock phase over an old quarry site. The project required extensive rock excavations, presenting unique challenges. Technical support was crucial for ensuring structural integrity and safety. The project aims to create high-end residential units with state-of-the-art amenities and bespoke interior designs. Integrating natural rock formations into architectural aesthetics was a key objective, blending the built environment with the natural landscape and  emphasising sustainability by preserving the site’s geological features.
